How We Got Here
Look, we didn't start out trying to be the fanciest shop in North Van. We just got tired of seeing folks get ripped off or misunderstood when they brought in their BMWs, Audis, and Porsches to places that didn't really get these machines.
Started From Scratch
Opened our doors with basically three guys, a dream, and way too much coffee. Started working on Mercedes and BMW mostly - those were what we knew best from our dealership days. Honestly, the first year was rough but we learned a ton.
Expanded the Bay
Finally saved up enough to add two more bays and brought on a couple specialists. One guy came from Audi's factory training program, another was this wizard with Porsche electrical systems. Game changer.
Tech Upgrade Time
Invested heavily in diagnostic equipment - got the real factory-level stuff, not the knock-off scanners. These European cars are basically computers on wheels now, so you gotta have the right tools or you're just guessing.
Weathered the Storm
Yeah, that year was weird for everyone. But our customers stuck with us and we adapted - added mobile diagnostics, contactless drop-off, the whole nine yards. Made us stronger honestly.
Performance Division Launch
Started getting more requests for tuning and upgrades, so we made it official. Now we've got a dedicated performance bay where we do ECU tuning, suspension setups, the fun stuff. Can't lie, this is the part we all geek out over.
Still Going Strong
Now we're running with a team of eight techs, all specialists in different European makes. We've worked on everything from classic 911s to the latest hybrid systems. Still learning something new every week, which keeps it interesting.
